Zum Fachvortrag von Talention-Geschäftsführer und Gründer Steffen Braun lud das Kompetenznetzwerk für Oberflächentechnik e.V. (Netzwerk Surface). Als Gastgeber wurde das Wuppertaler Kabelwerk Muckenhaupt & Nusselt GmbH & Co. KG gewonnen. Geschäftsführer Christian Muckenhaupt berichtete über seine Erfolge und Erfahrungen im Arbeitgebermarketing mit Talention. Insgesamt waren über 30 Teilnehmer erschienen, um in den frühen Morgenstunden aus dem Fachvortrag neues Wissen zum strategischen Arbeitgebermarketing zu ziehen und den Austausch mit Kollegen beim gemeinsamen Frühstücken zu suchen. Dabei bietet die liebevoll umdekorierte Lagerhalle von Muckenhaupt & Nusselt einen authentischen ersten Einblick ins Kabelwerk. Herr Dr. Irle begrüßte als Vetreter des Netzwerks Surfaces die Teilnehmer und übergab das Wort an Christian Muckenhaupt. Herr Muckenhaupt berichtete in seinem Vortrag über die Besonderheiten seines Unternehmens und die heutigen Herausforderungen bei der Suche nach passendem Personal in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels. Er stellte seine Erfahrungen und Lösungswege vor, die er seit Jahren erfolgreich mit Talention beschreitet. Im Anschluss ging Steffen Braun in seinem Vortrag weiter auf die angesprochenen Lösungsmodelle, die Muckenhaupt & Nusselt bereits erfolgreich nutzt, ein und zeigte weitere innovative Möglichkeiten zur Sicherung von Fach- und Führungskräften im Mittelstand auf. Nach den beiden Vorträgen nutzen viele Teilnehmer noch die Zeit für eine geführte Besichtigung des Kabelwerks.
