Thema des Abends war “Innovative Lösungen im Wettbewerb um Fachkräfte”. Insgesamt waren 25 Geschäftsführer zum exklusiven Event im Industrieclub angereist. Auf dem Programm standen zwei spannende Impulsvorträge. Steffen Braun hielt einen Vortrag zum Thema “Umsatzverlust durch Fachkräftemangel”, gefolgt von dem Vortrag “Rekrutierung und Bindung von Fachkräften aus dem Ausland” von Dr. Timo Karsten, Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht bei Osborne Clarke.
